Launcher:
1. Fixed text rendering issue on Windows 7 systems.

Game:
1. Added Octavia.
2. Nerfed Rainbow Dash’s thunder cloud.
3. Updated command lists.
4. Corrected colours on Vinyl’s magic meter.
